Susanne Stiles

When it comes to buying and selling a home, Susanne Wheat Stiles considers communication of the upmost importance. Her number one advice? Find a great agent! A homeowner will spend an enormous amount of time communicating and working with an agent, and Susanne believes in exceeding expectations from the very first meeting. Her upfront, honest yet easy-going demeanor makes Susanne one of Greenwood King’s greats.

Susanne has personally bought and sold properties in the Houston area, and can relate to a client going through the same process. She has helped clients buy, sell and lease all over the city. As a former schoolteacher, Susanne is compassionate, organized and a genuine people person. She enjoys taking the time to get to know her clients, familiarizing them with their new city, and ultimately loves seeing her clients as part of the Houston community. Buying and selling a home is hard work, and she is ready and willing to put in that hard work to get a deal closed.
